GW1 – High highs and low lows

Gameweek 1 started off with a bang. People might have gotten exactly what they needed but then again, it left two people on the bottom hoping for better performances from their chosen representatives worth £100m.

To be frank, the behemoth of all matches, and certainly the most interesting one that came out of the first week draw was Son-y Eriksen vs AK47’s devils. What made this the game of the week was the inaugural draw meaning that these two giants were so neck and neck, and it was such a tightly fought encounter that the match ended in a spectacular 94 points draw leaving them both to share the spoils.

Despite Anishaa beating Average, for whatever reason Average is still ranked 1st – interesting enough! No one has taken a lead as of yet because the top separating the bottom just has a minuscule difference of 3 points. However, we do look forward to next week to see if Splendid FC & Fantasy Beasts can come out of their rut after scoring the lowest points on the league table.
